It depends on your pet’s size, weight, temperament, and airline rules. Calm cats and small dogs may be allowed in the cabin — inside a soft bag that fits under the seat. But it’s small, tight, and only works for pets who feel safe in that space.

Most pets travel in the special pressurized cargo hold — what we call “the second cabin.” It's safe, temperature-controlled, and designed for animals.

If you can’t travel with your pet, a courier can do it on your behalf — professionally and with care. Our couriers register, supervise, and accompany the pet through every step: airport, flight, customs, and handoff.
